 He Amazes Me 

 

He amazes me, with everything he does, with who is, there is nothing about him I don’t love with my whole heart. 

He amazes me with his heart of gold and beautiful soul; a truly good person through and through. 

He amazes me with his mission to do the right thing no matter what evil he has faced in life, having a moral code that is off the charts. 

He amazes me with his ability to be a guiding light for those that need it even when he feels defeated himself; his desire to help others, honest and true! 

 

He amazes me more and more as I get more time with him, learning about the struggles and tragedies that built him into this beautiful man. 

He amazes me with his desire to live on and save others from suffering in life as he has; that makes him a hero in my book. 

He amazes me with the self-sacrifices he makes every day to be there for the people who need him most, always doing everything he can. 

He amazes me, this beautiful man, with everything he is, everything he does, and his “walked right out of a romance novel” look! 

 

He amazes me with his ability to shut out distractions and focus on the moment when we spend time together. 

He amazes me with the amount of love he shows me, even though his life has caused him to suffer so much pain. 

He amazes me with his ability to quiet my mind, make the over thinking to stop, allowing me to focus on out time when we are lucky enough to see each other. 

He amazes me, our connection amazes me, we have a bond and a chemistry like nothing I’ve experienced before, together; happiness and peace are ours to gain! 

 

He amazes me with how much he’s been through, the tragedies he’s faced, yet still having so much love for others, for me. 

He amazes me with his determination to be there for people who need him, even when he has nothing left to give. 

He amazes me because he is one of the rare ones, who turned loss, pain and tragedy into a mission to make the world around him a better place to be. 

This man I love that I was blessed to meet and call mine; amazes me with his overwhelming desire to mentor those in need, creating in each of them, a passion to live!
