Give me your pain, I can handle it; share it with me so you can start to heal and be able to love again. 

Give it to me, let me help you, I can show you how much true love can facilitate healing. 

The love I have for you isn’t meant to fix you, just be there for you, make it hurt less; I offer that to you now since I wasn’t able to be there for you before the pain began. 

I’m here now, I’m here to stay; so, give me your pain, share it all with me; I want to know everything you’re feeling! 

 

Give me your pain, let me hold onto it for you, it will ease the strain on you and your heart. 

I can handle the extra weight, it’s who I am, one of my many qualities; I can be a healer. 

It’s no coincidence we were brought together; I was meant to help you and bring you peace right from the start. 

My vibe, the energy you feel around me is no mistake; it’s the empath in me which is why I am such a feeler. 

 

Give me your pain, I’m built to take it and store it away for you; that’s why I can calm and relax you when we’re together. 

That’s how I knew you were broken after sleeping next to you just once and how I sensed your restlessness, though I was sound asleep. 

Our paths were fated to cross, bringing me to you to help you heal so you can keep doing the good you are meant to do; I’m always going to be here for you, forever. 

Being your peace, holding onto your pain for you, and keeping you strong is my destiny and why our connection is so strong and so deep!
