I heard you loud and clear, I heard you claim me... 

 “Mine, mine, mine.... MINE...never forget it” 

I promise I’ll never forget because yours is who I want to be  

I don’t mind you claiming me as yours one bit!  

 

We’ll navigate this crazy love story together  

I’m yours, I’m not going anywhere  

Whether this is just for now or forever  

Anytime you need me, I’ll be there!  

 

My heart skipped a beat when you growled “mine” in my ear...  

Such a simple word, put my worries to rest...  

I’m so glad we saw each other and we’re able to switch the gear  

Away from that Friday that put our love to the test!  

 

I’m yours and you’re mine, like it’s supposed to be...  

It was only a matter of time until our paths crossed...  

If you don’t already, give it time, you will see  

Our love is to make up for all that we have lost!
