 When I’m With You 

 

When I’m with you, the crazy around me and the chaos in my head; takes a break, lets me breathe, lets me be me. 

When I’m with you, I don’t feel like I’m lost at sea, everything makes sense, I know what all the struggle has been for. 

When I’m with you, I don’t have to ask why life has been so hard or brought me to where I am; because I’m where I belong and that I see. 

When I’m with you, I see the peace we reach together, I see our stress melt away, I see the happiness I bring you! 

 

When I’m with you, I feel a connection stronger than anything I have ever experienced before. 

When I’m with you, I know there is a love between us that deserves to have its chance. 

When I’m with you, everything feels right in my world, those are the moments I live for. 

When I’m with you, there is no doubt in my mind that we belong in each other’s arms, the chemistry is undeniable; anyone can see it even at a glance. 

 

When I’m with you, time slows, comes to a crawl, allowing me to enjoy those stolen moments. 

When I’m with you, I wish time would completely freeze, allowing us to be in one another’s arms, to just stay. 

When I’m with you, there is no denying my love for you, I’m in my happy place, allowing the temporarily forget life’s torments. 

When I’m with you, I never want that time to end, I never want us to have to go; it’s not fair that it must be that way! 

 

When I’m with you, I feel your love, I feel your need, I feel the familiar desire. 

When I’m with you, seeing the way you look at me, knowing you feel more than you want to say; all doubts disappear. 

When I’m with you, there is more than physical attraction between us, there is something deeper, more meaningful; but you also can’t deny our fire. 

When I’m with you, I know in time we will get the balance right, we will find our way to our life together, we will conquer our fear! 

 

When I’m with you, I know exactly where we belong... together!
