 Someday 

 

Every morning, I wake up hoping that someday I’ll wake up next to you... 

That someday you’ll be mine and all this pain, all this heartache and struggle will not have been for nothing... 

That someday you’ll be ready to be loved and cherished, cared for and adored for everything you are and everything you do... 

This is my morning wish every day before the tears start to fall because today is not that someday and I have no reason to sing! 

 

Someday I hope you can beat your demons enough to know the love we have is rare... 

That I could be the one to love and be loyal to you until my last breath is taken... 

Someday I hope you see all that you mean to me and know that I really truly care... 

For both of our sakes, I hope someday we find ourselves together, knowing we are loved by the one person who loves us more than anything when we awaken! 

 

Someday I hope you’ll be mine and we can put the lonely days behind us, and know that we are no longer unwanted... 

Someday I would love to be the one to show you that true love is real... 

I want to be the one to kiss your scars, love you as you are demons and all, make you feel a little less haunted... 

I'm here waiting to love you like only I can, I was born to love you after all, so I’m here when you’re ready to be loved, ready to feel!
