Take Your Time... But Hurry Up! 

 

I know you’re not ready to love me, I’ll be here waiting; so, take your time... but hurry up because I miss you. 

I know you’re not ready to truly be loved the way I love, don’t worry this love isn’t going anywhere; so, take your time... but hurry up because this love waiting here for you is pure. 

I know you’re not ready to be my forever, no worries, I’ll be here when you are; so, take your time... but hurry up because time doesn’t stop for anyone, and you know that to be true.  

I know life is stressful, and it’s hard to find peace, remember that there is peace within my embrace when you can fit me in; so, take your time... but hurry up because this peace, this love, might just be your cure! 

 

The thought of someone being willing to stay no matter what, is a lot to process; so, take your time... but hurry up because all I want is to love you. 

Finding someone to love you the way you always dreamed of being loved can be scary; so, take your time... but hurry up because I have so much love to give. 

Having someone willing to bend, to try to better fit your needs, may be a foreign concept; so, take your time... but hurry up because being what you need is what I was born to do. 

Having someone that wants nothing but to love and be loved, while bringing peace to each other is rare, and may seem false; so, take your time... but hurry up because I am real and I want us to find a balance, to be together and really live! 

 

To have someone to hold, to love, that puts you first, may feel like a fairytale; so, take your time... but hurry up because our story has only just begun. 

A strong connection like ours can feel overwhelming at first; so, take your time... but hurry up because the connection only gets stronger, it isn’t going away. 

Fearing what we don’t understand, or have never experienced before is natural; so, take your time... but hurry up because it hurts too much when you run. 

Finding this love that is strong, pure, meant to be and beyond us, is not for the faint of heart; so, take your time... but hurry up because this love and I are here waiting for you, and we’re here to stay!
