Not the Same Anymore 

 

Concerts and road trips are just not the same anymore, ever since I met you... 

Now they are just something else to take me further away... 

Wishing you were able to go with me, to enjoy the fun, get away from the stress, so things we like to do... 

Missing you with every song or every turn in the road, knowing that you and I do not get time to play! 

 

So much has changed since I met you, and some things are not the same anymore... 

You’re constantly in my mind; I can’t help but miss you even when I'm out doing things I enjoy... 

Knowing you could use the break too and wishing we could have that time together, to talk about what life has in store... 

Hoping someday we can enjoy things together because I still want you in my future, you mean the world to me and could never be just a toy!
