 In It for Keeps 

 

I wasn’t looking, only looking to have some fun while passing time... 

But love found me, came out of nowhere and smacked me upside the head... 

It was supposed to be casual, no strings attached, hell I’m supposed to be in my prime... 

However, that night, everything changed, he became my every thought, my every dream, the only man I want in my bed! 

 

I had planned to make some connections, have some fun with some sexy men and move away... 

Then I felt his presence before I even laid eyes on him and he became all I wanted, only him... 

By the end of the first date, I was hooked, by the end of our first night together, I knew he was the one, that I am gonna stay... 

So, I’m in it for keeps, even when he pushes away, and chances seem slim! 

 

I’m playing for keeps because meeting him was like taking my first breath of fresh air... 

Because meeting him made everything click, everything now makes sense as to why I am here... 

I fought it at first, but it was pointless, I’m meant to stay, and I surprisingly don’t care... 

I’m in it for keeps because fate brought us together, it all seems so clear!
