Get Out of My Head

 Okay so bonus post today and not just a poem. This morning I woke up with the war in my head already well into the battle.  So I wrote a poem "Get Out of My Head". This afternoon I recorded a reading of it so I could share it on some of my social media accounts.  This evening after work, I posted it. I received a comment on one of them and while reading it, I realized the reason I chose that poem of all poems to share tonight.  The person said they knew it wasn't about them but they understood and let me know I wasn't alone. It's that exact reading it needed to be shared, all of us who fight with our minds on a regular basis need to know that others completely understand the battle, none of us are alone. Even when we feel alone, there is someone going through the same thing. Some days can be really tough, so I hope this poem reaches more people and they understand that they are not alone, there are so many people who understand!
