Favorite Place 

 

My favorite place is wherever you are, because being around you makes everything better... 

None of my troubles seem big, none of them seem pressing, none of them matter when I’m around you... 

Having you near, calms me, makes the world disappear, you just make everything feel like it’s going to be okay, and I mean that down to the letter... 

It’s us, it’s who we are when we’re together, we are each other’s peace in a world of chaos that can be so cruel! 

 

My favorite place is in your arms, where I feel completely safe and cared for... 

Knowing no harm will come to me as long as I’m there with you... 

I’ve honestly never felt so completely safe with anyone before... 

I didn’t even know there was a human being that existed that could make me feel as safe as you do! 

 

My favorite place is sleeping, cuddled up with you, the scent of you all around me... 

There is something so comforting about sleeping next to you, like it’s exactly how home should feel... 

Though we never get long, I never sleep better than when I sleep with you, like it’s meant to be... 

I also believe that each time we get to be together, it helps us to start to heal! 

 

My favorite place is with you!
