 Tried to Fight It 

 

I denied it, I argued with myself, I told myself it wasn’t possible... 

I tried to tell myself you didn’t make me feel the way you do... 

I tried to convince myself that you’d never want me, that I’m disposable to you... 

I tried to fight it, these feelings I have for you, but truth be told... 

I loved you before I met you and didn’t even know it... 

But I still tried to Fight it!
