Something About You
There is something about you, that won’t let me give up,
won’t let me walk away….
No matter how hard it gets,
no matter how much of my will to hold on is tested,
I just can’t give up...
My feelings continue to grow, each day I love you more,
even without seeing you or hearing your voice,
not feeling your arms around me,
without the pictures and the attention, I was given at first….

My love is a very damaged man, when he starts to feel the feels, he hits the brakes and backs off. He stops communicating regularly and pulls back on all the little things he one did to try to stop the feelings from growing. He can make it very difficult to not want to give up, but I know he is broken and there is something about him, about us, that will not let me give up no matter how hard it gets!
