Full Moon

 Full Moon 

 

Such a beautiful night standing here under the full moon... 

Wondering if you are thinking about me like I am you... 

I can’t wait to see you, I hope it’s soon 

As long as we get to see each other, I don’t care what we do. 

Standing here looking up into the sky 

Knowing we’re both under the same moon, just miles apart... 

I can’t help but miss you so very much I won’t lie 

But we knew this wouldn’t be easy from the start. 

So, we must take comfort from the full moon tonight, 

Soon we’ll be back in each other’s arms  

Because my soul has you in her sight 

With your beautiful smile, heart of gold and all the charms... 

Full moon, keep my love safe for me, 

Give him the strength and peace in my place, 

Wherever he goes, shine your light so he may see 

Until he can once again be here with me in my space!
